Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Program
The Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Program at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein and our before Albert Einstein College of Medicine offers top-of-the line training in a premier setting. The goal of the three-year program is to train physicians to become academic leaders in the field of pediatric rheumatology by providing exceptional and comprehensive fellowship training.

The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein offers outstanding clinical experience in Pediatric Rheumatology. Our renowned and respected faculty provides an extensive educational curriculum, in addition to unmatched clinical and academic mentorship. We are fortunate to serve a diverse community in the Bronx and Westchester areas, providing trainees with exposure to a wide range of rheumatic diseases, varying medical complexities and an intense understanding of psychosocial and economic impacts on physical illness. Trainees gain exposure to state-of-the-art clinical services, a multidisciplinary learning environment, quality-improvement methodology and advanced scientific investigations.

A challenging and innovative curriculum
Our training program offers fellows a range of rich and varied educational opportunities, and a comprehensive multidisciplinary learning environment aimed at enhancing understanding of the complexity of rheumatic diseases. Our team uses a variety of state-of-the-art services, like ultrasonography, to improve patient care and assist in the diagnostic and therapeutic management of children with rheumatic diseases. Our team collaborates closely with all pediatric services, including nephrology, dermatology, cardiology and psychology, to provide comprehensive and accessible care to all patients.
The nurturing environment of our division alongside the incomparable clinical exposure at CHAM helps our fellows to become exceptionally well-rounded pediatric rheumatologists.
