A challenging and innovative curriculum

During the two-year Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship, fellows rotate at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore (CHAM), the academic pediatric hospital for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, as well as White Plains Hospital, a Westchester community hospital, on both resident and attending-only services. Fellows also complete several relevant elective rotations. Our fellows receive high-caliber training in research, quality improvement, education and leadership. They also participate in the departmental science course for pediatric subspecialty fellows and enjoy the option of obtaining a Master of Science degree in Clinical Research Methods through the Clinical Research Training Program (CRTP) at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

I am so thankful for the mentorship I received at CHAM. My experience shaped my career trajectory and gave me the leadership skills needed to succeed in my current role.
